The space

This stunning space is rich with historic character—featuring soaring ceilings with original exposed beams, wide plank heart pine floors, painted brick walls, graceful curved architecture, and two beautiful decorative fireplaces. Thoughtful details like ample closet storage and a private balcony make it as functional as it is unforgettable.

The home opens into a spacious, light-filled floor plan designed for both living and entertaining. The grand kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dual-use Keurig, pantry storage, and an oversized island with seating for four—perfect for slow mornings or casual dinners in. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and a swanky, yet comfortable living room designed to impress.

Unwind in style with a plush Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa featuring a queen memory foam mattress, a 55” Roku TV for cozy movie nights, and built-in shelving styled to perfection—complete with games, books, and extra throws. A thoughtfully curated bar cart invites you to mix up cocktails and settle into the evening.

The primary suite is a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size memory foam bed, a spacious closet, six-drawer dresser, and convenient USB/USB-C charging stations. The ensuite bathroom offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and is fully stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, a dedicated workspace ideal for remote stays, a wardrobe for storage, and direct access to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine under soft solar-lit ambiance.

A second full bathroom is centrally located off the kitchen, just steps from the in-unit laundry closet for added convenience during longer stays.

Guest will have full access to the entire condo. One closet is secured for owner storage. One designated off street parking space is provided in the rear of the building.

One small dog allowed based on approval with vet records allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee charged.
