The Lavinia Low House (1844) garden apartment has all the modern conveniences but retains its antebellum charm. Central heating and air-conditioning throughout.

Entire unit: 4 guests; 1 bedroom; 2 beds, one of which is a new queen sofa bed; the other, a queen-sized bed. Kitchen and bathroom and use of garden courtyard.

There are two non-functioning fireplaces.

Living and dining room and fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen basics, plus a clothes washer and dryer.

The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable and Apple TV. The property has fast WiFi throughout.
