We are excited for you to enjoy your stay in this stately, southern townhouse filled with historical charm. Lavinia Low House (1844) has all the modern conveniences but retains the charm of an antebellum house. Renovated original wood floors. Central heating and air-conditioning throughout.
There are non-functioning fireplaces in every room.
The first floor has an entryway, parlor, dining room, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and powder room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen basics.
On the top floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed; another bedroom, a queen-sized bed; and the cozy βtrunk room,β a single bed. The large marble bathroom has a full-sized washer and dryer.
Off the first floor is a small porch covered by an adjustable awning with stairs leading to an inviting private courtyard and garden.
The parlor has a flat-screen TV with cable, Apple TV, and stereo sound system. The property has fast WiFi throughout.
